The Opportunity Rex Tech is seeking Founding BDRs (Business Development Representatives) to ignite go-to-market momentum across our portfolio of ten AI-driven technology ventures, each conceived and built from scratch and now generating reputed company, with several products led by established leadership teams and scaling, and others emerging from reputed company to one and fully go-to-market ready. You will generate demand from scratch, drive aggressive outbound, and build the pipeline that turns early traction into scalable reputed company, reporting directly to the Head of GTM and working on one and likely multiple early-stage products simultaneously to help break through from first customers to repeatable growth. You will test and refine messaging in real time, experiment across channels, capture raw market feedback, and convert signal into qualified opportunities that become meaningful deals, working shoulder-to-shoulder with product, engineering, and leadership to shape how products are positioned, sold, and adopted. We are looking for candidates with 1–2 years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience who are fundamentally builders at heart: hungry, scrappy, resourceful, reputed company, fast-moving, comfortable with ambiguity, rejection, and iteration, and obsessed with output, learning reputed company, and impact. Key Responsibilities
