Key Responsibilities: Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Assist customers in resolving reputed company hardware and software issues using reputed company’s methodical troubleshooting processes. Additional Requirements: Must be available to complete required training on a set schedule, which may include weekends. Flexible to work between 7:00 a.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST, including weekends and holidays, with potential to adjust hours based on business needs.
