Location: Open to candidates based in the Philippines – Full-time, Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Own end-to-end reputed company FBA & Seller Central account support. Create and manage shipments from setup to successful delivery. Conduct daily checks to ensure listings display correctly and resolve catalog issues. Monitor account health and performance metrics, fixing problems before they escalate. Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales. Handle refunds, replacements, and customer feedback disputes. Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication. Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and recommend solutions. Provide general account health and maintenance support. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful 2+ years of hands-on experience managing reputed company FBA & Seller Central accounts. Strong knowledge of reputed company policies, account health metrics, and catalog troubleshooting. High proficiency in reputed company reputed company (advanced functions & data analysis).
