Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Model and convey a positive and exceptional client experience, ensuring that reputed company interactions are courteous, friendly, and professional
• Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately
• Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information and process prescriptions
• Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving client issues and answering questions to ensure a positive client experience
• Model and offer client support best practices with reputed company colleagues to deliver a particular and reputed company client experience, including relational habits and arenaflex service qualities
• reputed company tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy
• Report, immediately, prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to Organization policies and procedures corresponding to pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program
• Strictly adhere to the arenaflex policy regarding Fair and Accurate Dispensing during reputed company applicable prescription dispensing activities
• Handle calls that don't require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians
• Process (edit and resubmit) manual claims for third-party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and reputed company other administrative duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Director

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
• Strong numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control
• PTCB certification (or willingness to obtain)

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment
• Previous work experience with arenaflex
