We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative (Chat) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch service to our customers, providing solutions to their queries, and driving sales growth. The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative (Chat), you'll be responsible for:
- Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (reputed company) platform, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Replying to incoming emails from customers, providing clear and concise solutions to their queries.
- Requesting contact lens prescriptions from eye care providers as needed, ensuring seamless communication with our customers and partners.
- Consulting customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase, driving sales growth and reputed company.
- Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, delivering solutions that create a positive experience for our customers.
- Maintaining high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma (or GED equivalent) and a strong foundation in customer service and sales.
- Excellent typing and computer skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute.

- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks simultaneously, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
