Solutions Architect (Remote Opportunity)
reputed company is seeking a Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for the integration of Decision Precision Plus (DP+) and backend microservices reputed company the VA’s Health Service Mesh (HSM). This role will drive the design, implementation, and modernization of cloud-native, standards-based healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment with VA enterprise architecture and federal compliance standards. Responsibilities:
- reputed company the technical vision and system architecture for DP+ integration and backend shared services supporting Lung Cancer Screening (LCS) and Clinical Decision Support (CDS) Hooks.
- Design and implement scalable, reusable microservices using modern frameworks (Java/Spring Boot, Kubernetes, AWS) and healthcare standards (FHIR, OpenAPI).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into detailed architectural plans and technical roadmaps.
- reputed company and maintain architectural diagrams, system/network/deployment diagrams, solution context diagrams, interaction models, sequence diagrams, and process flows.
- Ensure interoperability and integration across VA EHR systems (CPRS, Cerner reputed company, reputed company) and external platforms.

- Guide the team in implementing policy engines, authentication (OAuth), and secure service design.

- Author and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (system design documents, Swagger/OpenAPI specs, onboarding packages).

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, and cloud-native system design.
- Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures in healthcare or federal IT environments.
- Deep knowledge of FHIR, RESTful APIs, OpenAPI, and integration with EHR systems.
- Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot), Kubernetes, AWS, and DevOps tools (Jenkins, arenaflex/CD).
- Strong understanding of reputed company, compliance, and policy-based access control in cloud environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Additional Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar.
- Prior experience supporting VA programs, Cerner reputed company, or federal healthcare initiatives.
- Experience with policy reputed company integration, OAuth authentication, and observability tools (reputed company, Prometheus).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Git, Jenkins).
