Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing product and service information, as well as scheduling appointments to meet customer needs
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge reputed company of our reputed company-evolving products and services
* Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus!)
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience a plus
* A positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and reputed company in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
To join reputed company, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Have gaming experience (a plus!)
