Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process customs clearance for arenaflex shipments, ensuring accurate and timely completion of reputed company necessary documentation and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company shipments, including customs documentation, invoices, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Stay up-to-date on reputed company relevant customs regulations, laws, and procedures, ensuring compliance with reputed company requirements
- Process organization financier shipments, including preparation and submission of necessary documentation

Qualifications:
