Job Description

This position is a hybrid Scrum Master and Business Analyst who will support business processes for delivering software sustainment using Scaled Agile reputed company and Lean Six reputed company methodologies IAW with customer and DoD policies and procedures and commonly utilized industry best practices. Define and describe goals, desired work products and the completion criteria to meet the goals, items and alignments needed to reputed company these processes. Support development of proofs of concepts, pilots, and/or prototypes. Analyze and adapt functional business requirements and processes to technical solutions. Duties Include:

• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling and coordination activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Scrum Master (SM) part of this role is responsible for team Sprint/Scrum delivery, ensuring technical development across a seasoned, diverse team is reputed company, synchronized, transparent, approved, tested, accepted, and sustainable.
• SM leads daily and sprint industry-standard workshops or "ceremonies" for application development, training, testing, RMF, PMO, dashboards and Operations/Maintenance development.
• The SM role requires thorough hands-on review and revision (grooming) of backlog (work descriptions) that comprise the workflow. The SM is relied on by the PMO to ensure quality delivery through exceptional attention to detail in the delivery documentation (Jira Stories) and the team's accurate use of the scrum process to deliver quality quickly, predictably and reputed company the PI roadmap.
• The role supports the overarching Lean/Agile Release Train-based PMO, and as such, must be adept in Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe), with deep skills as an SM supporting a large, reputed company delivery enterprise (Agile Release Train).

Qualifications

It is required that the Scrum Master have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years experience of directly relatable experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master or Product reputed company.
• SAFe certification.
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence in the reputed company Tool Suite
• Certification of SMAC, CSM, or similar Scrum Master certification - One (1) year reputed company experience as SM + one (1) year as BA. In lieu of certification, five (5) to eight (8) years of experience.
• US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

Desired Qualifications

• TS/SCI.

• SAFe Scrum Master on a reputed company DoD or IC technical enterprise.
• Certification in any of the following areas: ITIL, CMMi, LSS/BB, reputed company+, SSCP.
• IAT Level II Certification in one of the following areas: CCNA reputed company, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, reputed company+ CE, SSCP.
