As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document delivery flow and package tracking information in our system
- Collaborate with regional facilities to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction

- Work closely with the team to reputed company customer satisfaction goals and objectives
