Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our patients and healthcare providers across the country. You'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinicians. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires strong customer care skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process calls from patients and healthcare providers
- Gather information from callers and reputed company it to our clinicians
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer care skills

Essential Qualifications
* 18+ years of age
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
- Proficient use of reputed company Office and internet navigation
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays)
- Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
- Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
