Area Training

  • Individualized training supervised by the area director designed to reputed company personal spiritual maturity and enhance personal character.
  • Individualized program to learn and reputed company competency in ministry skills (e.g., the five C’s.
  • Become familiar with area strategy and ministry health as assigned by the area director.
  • Must have completed Leadership I and II as a Staff Associate

Education:

  • College degree preferred.

Qualifications

Required for the Job:

  • Must have completed Core Training —Phase One.
  • Must have 1 or more clubs
  • Experience in direct ministry.
  • Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
