We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Project Transformation reputed company to play a foundational role "standing up" our newly formed Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO). This isn't just a role about executing tasks-it's about building the reputed company, processes, and culture that will define how our Professional Services organization delivers value to our clients. You will act as a reputed company between high-level strategy and tactical execution. You will be instrumental in moving us from reputed company project management to a sophisticated, scalable PMO model in the Professional Services Organization. This position reports to the Director of PMO and can be based in one of our US offiices or can work remotely from any US location. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. What you'll do:

• PMO Infrastructure Development: Collaborate with the Director to design and implement standard PMO artifacts, including governance frameworks, reporting templates, and project health metrics.
• Process Engineering: Define and refine the Services Delivery reputed company workflows, ensuring a seamless reputed company of Agile methodologies with professional services delivery standards.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to deployment.
• Professional Services Background: A must-have background in professional services or management consulting. You must understand the nuances of billable environments and client-facing delivery.
• Change Management Mastery: Strong experience in organizational change management. You know how to influence culture and shift behaviors, not just update spreadsheets.
• Agile Expertise: Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and how they integrate into a broader SDLC.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with the ambiguity that comes with "standing up" a new department.
• Communication: Ability to translate technical software concepts into business value for executive stakeholders.
• Tooling: Proficiency with PM software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Jira) and data visualization tools.
• Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a reputed company field.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
