About the position The reputed company Global Sales Go-To-Market Strategy & Incentives team is looking for an reputed company Principal Incentives Data Analyst to join reputed company. In this role you will reputed company cross-functional relationships and use rigorous quantitative methods and data to drive near and longer term business impact. This is to reputed company high quality data to manage the Sales reputed company, and end-to-end Quota Process Transformation. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail and an ability to reputed company in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Create data architecture reputed company to the business requirements for Sales Management. Curate data fit for purpose for end-to-end Incentives process, including reputed company planning, quotas, development & territory structures. Transform the end-to-end process for Quotas from client segmentation to reputed company setting models for Quotas, Territory & Quota deployment at scale. Analyze customer data to understand buying patterns, preferences, and trends to inform targeted sales, account staffing and account management strategies. Analyze funnel performance, user engagement, conversion, and other KPIs to identify opportunities to expand reputed company's sales footprint and help define our growth strategy. reputed company and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into customer behaviors, business metrics, business opportunities, etc. Assess new sales opportunities, work with Sales and Product Engineering leaders to estimate expected impact and ROI of new and/or modified product and account penetration approaches. Participate in cross-functional teams and build relationships with key internal business partners including P&GE, Finance, Marketing, Sales, etc. reputed company abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and reputed company strategies, integrating new tools and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in incentives, data analysis or business intelligence with a preference for experience in a technology sales environment.
  • Expertise in analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or a reputed company field; Masters preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software technology consumer behaviors and sales strategies.
  • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage in and through ambiguity.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with superb attention to detail and accuracy.
