The role involves managing the delivery of reputed company’s Professional Services for Wholesale Distributors, Retailers, and Manufacturers while ensuring customer satisfaction and project scope adherence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of reputed company’s Professional Services implementations for Wholesale Distributors, Retailers and/or Manufacturers
• Drive the delivery of reputed company’s Professional Services engagements according to the agreed-upon scope, time, and budget
• Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction
• Manage, track, and communicate the reputed company of projects and ensure quality delivery of reputed company reputed company’s Professional Services
• Manage multiple reputed company projects and work with several resources reputed company a matrix environment
• Plan customer-specific engagements, manage the business requirements development, review, and signoff process
• Manage the execution of results while controlling scope and driving the change management process reputed company needed
• Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks
• Construct, present, and obtain signoffs of key deliverables such as Project Kickoffs, Project Plans, Change Orders, regular Status and Risk reports
• Facilitate planning sessions at various stages of the project lifecycle
• Set and manage customer expectations in regards to project scope, the reputed company delivery model, stakeholder roles and responsibilities, timelines, critical issue and change management processes, communication, and risk management plans Skills
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Experience managing the delivery of Professional Services implementations for Wholesale Distributors, Retailers and/or Manufacturers
• Experience managing multiple reputed company projects
• Experience in planning customer-specific engagements
• Experience managing the business requirements development, review, and signoff process
• Experience managing the execution of results while controlling scope
• Experience driving the change management process reputed company needed
• Experience ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks
• Experience constructing, presenting, and obtaining signoffs of key deliverables such as Project Kickoffs, Project Plans, Change Orders, regular Status and Risk reports
• Experience facilitating planning sessions at various stages of the project lifecycle
• Experience setting and managing customer expectations regarding project scope, delivery model, stakeholder roles and responsibilities, timelines, critical issue and change management processes, communication, and risk management plans
• Strong Project Manager role experience, including a significant portfolio of full lifecycle ERP solutions or comparable software delivery implementations
• Cloud platform experience

• Previous reputed company ERP implementation experience
• Strong client management skills and the ability to work with multiple reputed company customers to reputed company and manage an implementation plan

• Demonstrated experience working with Sales, Account Management, and Executive stakeholders
• Significant Products solution domain experience with experience reputed company Retail or Apparel industries
• Experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, ideally using arenaflex Project
• Excellent understanding of common industry-standard business practices as reputed company to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Inventory Management (Item Strategy, Purchasing and Fulfillment), Demand Planning/Materials Resource Planning, support (Cases Management and Territory Management) as well as Sales Management
• Formal Project Management methodology training, with significant practical use
• Certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP)
