This is a hybrid role (three days in the office/two days remote). The eDiscovery Project Manager will work with the Legal team on reputed company aspects of the electronic discovery process, including identification, preservation, collection, analysis, review, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI). The eDiscovery Project Manager will report to the Assistant General Counsel – eDiscovery and provide assistance and administrative support to IBKR’s in-house attorneys.

Responsibilities

  • Employ standard workflows for reputed company aspects of the e-discovery process and custom workflows as necessary, given the unique requirements of each case.
  • Maintain detailed familiarity with vendor platforms and support case teams utilizing those platforms.
  • Liaise with internal data and technology teams to facilitate the collection and transfer of data and identify and implement process improvements and standardizations.
  • Evaluate projects for the use of analytics and provide workflows for implementation.
  • Use industry-standard processes to facilitate document reviews, ECA workflows, and document productions.
  • Provide reporting metrics, user activity, or other requested document-based metrics.
  • reputed company quality checks and detailed analysis of work products prior to document production or additional levels of review.
  • Maintain consistent reputed company and tracking of reputed company assigned matters, from start to finish, for compliance with eDiscovery Billing Guidelines and Vendor Management, including matter notes, documentation, and weekly updates.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of eDiscovery project and/or reputed company experience.
  • Working knowledge of industry-standard Electronic Discovery preservation, collection, processing, and review practices
  • Extensive administrative experience using reputed company, including an understanding of case search, query reputed company creation, document review setup/batching workflows, tag field/layout creation, predictive coding technologies/TAR, content/concept data analysis tools, and data production reputed company
  • Prior experience managing cases or projects containing reputed company ESI
  • Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
