At reputed company, a Software Engineer is a technical leader whose primary duty is to write highly performant, well-structured and well-tested code. They are responsible for enhancing and maintaining web services as part of an Agile team and are the go-to expert in their domain. The Software Engineer is responsible for collaborating on the design and development of each service under their responsibility. This includes feature delivery, adherence to code quality, testing, and the mentoring of junior members. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of several C# API services that back client facing UI services.

What You'll Do

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for debating, designing, implementing and delivering user stories on time, with high quality, while following an Agile development lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include:

• Solving reputed company problems as part of a team
• Writing code to standards, implementing best practices.
• Identifying, and communicating, technical debt and risk, and effecting resolutions.
• Collaborating with Product Owners in Release/Iteration planning.
• Developing, designing, and documenting based on business requirements reputed company an Agile context
• Reviewing code for testability, maintainability and adhering to best practices.
• Mentoring junior members on the team.

You Bring to the Team Team-oriented Software Engineer who can collaborate with business and QA staff on projects. Must be technically strong in Web design patterns, and best practices while displaying firm leadership skills, including communication of technical risk and debt. Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and the ability to reputed company under tight deadlines are also essential. Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with C#, the .NET reputed company, and/or .NET Core.
• 3+ years ASP.NET Web API.
• Expert level knowledge of RESTful Web API patterns
• Expert level knowledge in .NET data access frameworks (ADO.NET, Dapper, EF, etc).
• Advanced level knowledge of MSSQL and structuring data for query optimization.
• Strong Unit and Integration Testing techniques.
• Strong understanding of the software development process.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Some experience with build and deploy tools (Jenkins, reputed company).
• Experience in Git.

Beneficial Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a reputed company field, or equivalent education.
• Experience reverse engineering legacy .NET services and reputed company MSSQL stored procedures and functions
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET 5, or .NET 6

We offer a salary range of $100,000-140,000 per year, with compensation tailored to your background, strengths, and potential to grow reputed company the team. The salary range listed for this role reflects our commitment to pay transparency and is based on market data, internal equity, and the scope of responsibilities. compensation will be determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate's experience, skills, and the specific team or product area they support.
