About the Role: We are seeking a Sr Manager, Data Science – Enterprise AI to reputed company a team delivering AI-driven insights and predictive analytics that support enterprise-wide business applications. This role will manage and mentor a team of data scientists while partnering closely with leaders across Sales, Finance, reputed company, and GTM Operations to deliver high-impact analytics solutions and automation initiatives. What You'll Need:

• 10+ years of experience in data science, predictive analytics, and AI, with at least 3+ years in a people management role leading high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring data science professionals, balancing technical excellence with business impact.
• Expertise in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company or other cloud-based Data Lake solutions for enterprise data processing.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau (preferred BI tool) for data visualization and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate reputed company findings to executive leadership and business stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
• Experience partnering with multiple business units (Sales, Finance, reputed company, Operations) to drive analytics adoption and strategy.
