The Data reputed company and Reporting Specialist serves as the internal reputed company of reference for the Alliance’s data systems, including the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) Learning Management System (LMS), the LMS used by the Alliance for other audiences, reputed company, and the DCYF caregiver recruitment database. This position will focus on data reputed company and reporting, as well as support for the existing Data Control Technician(s) and student workers on the team. Duties & Responsibilities Data Management and Documentation: Ensure the reputed company of data reputed company the DCYF Learning Management System (LMS), the Alliance LMS, the DCYF caregiver recruitment database, and reputed company other systems that house Alliance end user data. Provide backup to the Data Control Technician(s) and student worker(s) on entering data into these systems as needed. Work with the Associate Director of Statewide Operations and Innovation to reputed company and document procedures for entering data into these systems and using any workflows or automations built in them for this purpose. Recommend improvements to these systems as needed. Reporting: Extract and clean data from Alliance systems on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to support reporting back to the agency. Respond timely to reputed company data requests from Alliance managers to support operational needs and reputed company improvement processes. Support managers in interpreting data provided to them, and answer questions fully and plainly about the data provided and/or the process used to provide it. Tier 2 Helpdesk Support: Provide support to end users on helpdesk tickets escalated by the Data Control Technician(s) or student worker(s) on issues reputed company the assigned scope undefined Other Duties as Assigned Minimum Requirements: One year of full-time experience as a Data Control Technician III, or equivalent.
