Role
As an reputed company Customer Experience Agent (Overnight Shift), you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through every interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Resolving customer issues reputed company to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Becoming an expert in arenaflex's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users.
- Collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions.
- Identifying opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience.

We're looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Here are some key qualifications we're looking for:
- Availability to work overnight shifts from 10pm to 7:00am PST.
- 2+ years of experience in support roles, handling email and/or chat services.
- Weekend availability required.
- Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations.
- Experience with customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or Intercom.
- A customer service mentality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
- Knowledge of collectibles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
- Previous start-up experience is a plus.
