As a Swedish or Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our flexible work arrangement allows you to choose between working from the comfort of your own home or from our office in Riga, Latvia. This role is available full-time, but we also offer part-time employment options, allowing you to decide how you want to work with us, from 50% to 100% (note: the training period is full-time only, part-time is possible after this stage).
About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing great customer service to clients reputed company phone and email
* Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellation policies for reputed company and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
* Finding solutions for each individual client to ensure their journey runs smoothly
* Handling customer inquiries in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, with a good command of English
* Maintaining accurate customer data and records
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:
* Fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (reputed company level, both spoken and written)
* Proficient in English (B2 level)
* Customer-focused and able to provide solutions to client inquiries
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Familiar with travel industry products and services
