Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling high-volume client requests, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. As a Call Center Representative, you will work under direct supervision, adhering to established guidelines, protocols, and procedures to ensure seamless operations. Your primary objectives will include processing new patient enrollments, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize arenaflex's data entry procedures and guidelines to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the appropriate system.
  • Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
  • Investigate to obtain missing medication data and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
  • Handle communication with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.
  • Resolve Third-Party Rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing reports, and accessing information online).
  • Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a site, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
