Job Overview

In this exciting role as a Performance Analyst, you will provide measurement and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival arenaflex Commerce. Your primary responsibilities will include forecasting, root-cause analysis, processing, quality assurance, and reputed company business analysis, as well as providing analytical support to local operations and partners across the division. This includes development, management, measurement, and analytics. As a self-starter, you will be curious, detail-oriented, enthusiastic about data storytelling, able to handle ambiguity, and meet strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct forecasting, reputed company modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
• Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and conduct analyses from start to finish
• Build presentations and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support multiple applications
• Execute programs critical to the business operation accurately and under strict timelines

Measurement and Analytics

Essential Qualifications

• Proactive interest to understand the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
