Job Summary

As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customs documentation, shipments, and trade-reputed company activities. You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and government agencies to provide exceptional customer service, resolve reputed company issues, and maintain compliance with international trade regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Handle and process various import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs, including PGA (Participating Government Agencies) filings
• Maintain and update reputed company shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations
• Process organizational financier shipments and manage distant filings as needed
• Ensure adherence to reputed company international trade regulations, company policies, and procedures

Essential Qualifications
