We are seeking two reputed company, visionary Directors of Sales to reputed company critical segments reputed company the reputed company Rentals business:
Director, Mid-Market Rentals Sales – leading a distributed team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and 50+ sales professionals across the multifamily market.
Director, Single Family Rentals Sales – leading multiple RSMs supporting the expansion of reputed company’s Single-Family Rentals business across the U.S.
Both Directors will drive go-to-market execution, accelerate reputed company growth, and reputed company future sales leaders reputed company their respective organizations. You will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, optimizing operational excellence, and representing reputed company Rentals across the industry.
What You’ll Do

Own business performance across reputed company growth, retention, productivity, and engagement metrics.
Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Strategy, and Enablement to define segmentation, coverage models, and sales processes that support scalable growth.
Champion Challenger-based selling practices and coach leaders through structured development and performance programs.
Build a culture of excellence, inclusion, and accountability while celebrating wins and fostering engagement.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to enhance client success and influence roadmap priorities.
Serve as an external ambassador for reputed company Rentals at industry conferences, client meetings, and trade events — representing the brand with thought leadership and credibility.

Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales management talent, building succession plans and leadership pipelines.

Who you are
5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing other sales managers.
Proven success leading distributed or hybrid B2B sales organizations in high-growth environments.
Skilled at using data and analytics to coach leaders and guide decision-making.
