As a Services and Benefits Call Center Agent, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service by managing calls, processing orders, enrollments, and reimbursements, and ensuring accurate documentation. This remote work-from-home role operates 7 days per week, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM ET, with weekends and holidays as required. The role offers a competitive starting reputed company of $17 per hour, with potential to earn up to $28.46 based on performance, experience, and location.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outbound calls with superior service for customers, members, and Health Plan partners.
• Process and track member orders, including enrollments and reimbursements.
• Accurately document member files and maintain call center service level standards.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience with reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
