Job Overview
As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences across various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our clients' customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your goal will be to deliver a best-in-class customer experience that drives loyalty and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade
