About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will be the voice of the customer, building trust and confidence in our abilities. Using established best practices, ongoing training, and resources, you will serve as an expert in navigating the reputed company world of insurance. Our representatives must be talented, dedicated individuals who possess a passion for providing best-in-class service and making a difference in the lives of our members.

Key Responsibilities

* Interfaces with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail

  • Researches customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues
  • Elevates sensitive customer requests reputed company necessary
  • Complies with State and Federal regulations and mandates, which are continually changing, thus creating a reputed company dynamic environment
  • Accountable to remain reputed company on knowledge of diverse products and proactively recommends items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent and three years of experience in a complaint-type customer service office setting (health insurance or reputed company field preferred)

  • Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length
  • Reliable internet service provider and dedicated, distraction-free workplace

Preferred Qualifications

* Basic medical/dental terminology and contract interpretation is a plus

Training and Development

* 9-12 weeks of live virtual training: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday

  • Interactive training with camera and audio utilization for training purposes
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure you stay reputed company on policies, procedures, and products

Work Environment and Culture

* Work from home reputed company in the reputed company or local Omaha metro area

  • Full-time (40 hours per week) position with a flexible schedule

Compensation and Benefits

* $39,520 annually + plus benefits package (Health Benefits effective 1st of the month following start date)
