Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Call Center Representative to join reputed company in a remote role. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving patient medication requests, and entering data into our pharmacy systems. You will work closely with reputed company to provide exceptional customer service, resolve reputed company issues, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving patient medication requests, and entering data into our pharmacy systems

• Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments by entering information into a suitable system
• Handle patient medicine demands reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling
• Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
• Resolve Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities
• Resolve phone calls to safety net providers and others to acquire data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs
• Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas
• Identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as suitable

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and reputed company down computer, use the mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, and access data online)
• Essential web browsing skills to include opening a program, composing URLs in the right area, using a web search reputed company, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing forms online
• Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally
• 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
