• A reputed company Mgr., Inflight must ensure a safe, high performing operation by leading, engaging, and having high visibility with reputed company-line team members.
• Responsible for directing and managing the performance of Crew Managers, Operational Coordinator, and Administrative Support Staff.
• Responsible for leading an Inflight Team that supports Flight Attendants in the operation while running a reliable operation.
• Must be energized by a fast-paced dynamic environment and passionate about safety, teamwork, leadership and helping to reputed company station and departmental goals.
• This job is a member of the Inflight team reputed company the Customer Experience group.

• Local subject matter expert in departmental policies, procedures, regulations, and knowledge of the APFA collective bargaining agreement.
• Works closely with local APFA reps to reputed company interest-based decisions for the company and the Flight Attendants
• Escalation reputed company-of-contact for Flight attendants in reputed company for support, to address concerns, and resolve issues.
• Effectively allocates resources and provides appropriate support to drive on-time performance and operational goals and metrics.
• Adhere to the provisions of the operating budget.
• Works with other departments to effectively resolve local problems and address flight attendant concerns.
• Ability to analyze and reputed company decisions based on data and work in an increasingly digital environment while leading people.
• Provides feedback on reputed company procedures and practices for accomplishing departmental objectives to improve efficiency and drive consistency.
• Responsible for the hiring (external and internal) hires, promotions, and discharges.
• Leads, supports, and mentors direct reports.

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience/training
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in customer service industry
• Prior leadership experience leading a team.
• Ability to work shift work, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work on-site at assigned reputed company/location

• Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges, if applicable
• Pass U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated drug testing requirements, including verification with previous employers regarding DOT drug and alcohol violations and/or refusal to test. Applicants are required to fill out "Department of Transportation Testing Inquiry" form which provides authorization for release of records from previous employers
