Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager Product Management, you'll be responsible for leading the development of products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Strategy & Planning (40%):

Essential Qualifications

* 6-8 years of relevant work experience in product management, with a focus on customer experience

  • Proven track record of success in product management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Mastery of modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at reputed company levels in the organization
  • Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories
  • Proficiency in conducting user research and testing to understand needs
  • Mastery of identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
  • Bonus: 10% - 20% of annual salary
  • Stock Options: 5% - 10% of annual salary
