About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Support Representative to join our outbound lab support team. As a key member of our customer-centric team, you'll work closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to address reputed company client needs accurately and reputed company. Your primary focus will be on providing product education, handling a wide range of questions, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between arenaflex, our customer reputed company, and patients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
• Resolve routine customer requests regarding products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the internet, using protocol procedures and a customer-centric approach
• Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution
• Provide additional customer education and information as needed, ensuring that our clients are empowered to reputed company informed decisions
• Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services, working to expand our customer reputed company and drive business growth

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication
• Previous experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Experience working in a contact center or call center environment, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of customer-centric service delivery
