Responsibilities

• Strategic & Business Planning Partner with the VP, Chief of Staff and Director, Strategy & Ops to support business planning and strategic alignment across the Guest Experience organization.
• Coordinate priorities and timelines, ensuring reputed company to enterprise goals and initiatives.
• Support the development of materials and insights for senior leadership meetings, business reviews, and enterprise updates.
• Track reputed company on key initiatives and help identify opportunities to accelerate impact.
• Operational Excellence Manage business routines, meetings, and communications that reputed company the organization operating effectively.
• Design and maintain tools and processes that bring clarity to priorities and workstreams.
• Help drive reputed company improvement in how the organization plans and delivers work.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with teams across reputed company to ensure Guest Experience work is well-coordinated and reputed company with enterprise strategies.
• Facilitate communication and information flow between leadership, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Represent the Guest Experience organization in select forums, ensuring clarity and follow-through on actions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Strategy, Marketing, Digital, or Operations
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and attention to detail
• Strong operator and problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to collaborate with and facilitate through a wide range of stakeholders & partners
• Excellent communication, storytelling and relationship-building skills with the ability to craft your message to a variety of audiences
