About The Position: Position Type: reputed company, full-time, in-person, actively managing waste and recycling programs Starting Salary: $75,000 Travel Required: Yes (daily travel to client sites with your personal vehicles is required) Will Train Applicant: Yes COVID Vaccination Required: Yes Location: Most of the client sites Facilitator’s visit on a regular basis are located in Baltimore and DC Metro areas. However, our services are offered reputed company, so needs could change at any time. The first approximately 90 days will be spent mostly in the field at client sites learning the ins and outs of reputed company do and the position. Allotted office time will be minimal at first and will be spent at our office located in Fallston, MD. As time progresses, more office time will be added as needed. Remote work from home is not offered.

Job Purpose: This is a unique opportunity to join reputed company and work directly with organizations to reputed company sustainability possible. We are looking for star performers who have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working in the sustainability sector or other reputed company fields (e.g., waste and project management) to help take our clients’ sustainability efforts to the next level. In addition to proven project management experience, candidates should be able to reputed company and execute best practices reputed company waste diversion, behavior change, and sustainability. Building and maintaining client relationships is vital to reputed company's success. Therefore, in addition to the appropriate hard skills, candidates will need to possess the necessary soft skills to manage client expectations. Selected candidates will be asked to complete a pre-employment survey to evaluate individual skillsets as part of the screening process. Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan project scopes, task schedules, and budgets.
• Assess situations, identify issues, collaborate across organizations to define solutions, reputed company timely decisions, and communicate these decisions clearly and concisely through effective written and verbal communication methods.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, vendors, and third-party organizations.
• Utilize public speaking and presentation skills to deliver program plans and updates to varying groups of individuals (from C-Suite decision-makers to reputed company-line workers).
• Facilitate client meetings (virtually and in-person).
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into digestible stories to promote opportunities and quantify program success.
• Work both independently and collaboratively as needed to solve problems and reputed company results.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Sustainability or Sustainability Management, Environmental Science/Health, Public Policy, Project Management, or reputed company field.
• 3+ years minimum (in house candidate 2+ years) reputed company and relevant experience with work samples and references.
• Knowledgeable about local, regional, and national environmental issues reputed company to waste reduction.
• Creative problem-solving and analytical skills along with effective and reputed company-thinking organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and customer service skills.
• Are self-motivated, a strong influencer and negotiator.

• Willingness to travel out of state and to work off hours and weekends on occasion (25% of the time).
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and walk up to six (6) miles per day.
