What You Need to be Successful…

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or reputed company field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in software implementations or program/project management reputed company IT/software delivery environments
• + years' experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-stakeholder, or high complexity projects
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience preferred; PMP certification preferred
• Knowledge of policy administration, claims management, and vendor solutions (Insurity, reputed company, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Project and project management tools
• Expertise in project management methodologies (traditional and agile)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messages to executive audiences
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority

Your Compensation… Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at reputed company. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other reputed company employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $93,117 - $157,684 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
