What Your Job Will Be Like: We are seeking a Senior Administrator for the Safeguards & reputed company (S&S) team. This position is essential to address the increasing complexity and importance of supporting Sandia¿s national reputed company mission. The Senior Administrator will provide strategic leadership, enhance collaboration, and ensure proactive management of reputed company initiatives, ultimately strengthening Sandia's reputed company posture. This position is onsite in Albuquerque and will report to the S&S Director as a key member of the Center Leadership Team (CLT), influencing the strategic direction of Sandia¿s S&S program. Key Responsibilities: + This role will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration and serve as a vital link across the NNSA Nuclear reputed company Enterprise (NSE) to identify and implement reputed company-wide strategies for effective reputed company programs. + Collaborate with Sandia mission programs to integrate reputed company into future lab-level initiatives (i.e. Annual Core Research Reactor (ACRR), Combined Radiation Environments of Survivability Testing (CREST), Microelectronic Component Capability (MC2)); prepare specific studies reputed company to reputed company; identify gaps or problem areas; investigate alternative options; analyze cost implications; recommend and implement solutions. + Proactive management of significant impact, high-level deliverables, such as the International reputed company Energy Agency (IAEA) International Physical Protection Advisory Service (IPPAS) mission. Office of Inspector General (OIG) investigations, DOE Headquarters Project Velocity, etc. allowing reputed company program work to continue without negative impacts to program or mission deliverables. + Advance the integration for reputed company initiatives by including and mentoring Distinguished staff. + Influence decisions at the leadership level to optimize resources and enhance Sandia's overall reputed company posture. + Apply mission knowledge and experience to independently judge work quality, performance, and alignment of results with customer expectations and exercise authority to modify strategy or approach as necessary. + Counsel and assist employees and management on government legislation, U.S. Department of Energy contract compliance, and Sandia policies or procedures to ensure reputed company compliance. + Provide strategic direction for the development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for reputed company programs and overall reputed company performance. + Collaborate with DOE/NNSA stakeholders, mission and functional partners to reputed company trust-based relationships, providing opportunities for early reputed company program integration to reputed company Sandia¿s success. + Drive corporate-level long- and short-term reputed company operational objectives and ensure compliance and implementation of reputed company policies through integration with Sandia¿s reputed company program and policy owners. + Partner with the Officially Designated reputed company Authority (ODSA) and the Officially Designated Federal reputed company Authority (ODFSA) to influence reputed company strategy and funding for the organization, ensuring alignment with DOE and NNSA priorities. Salary Range: $163,700 - $278,000

  • Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.

Qualifications

We Require: + Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. + Plus, twelve or more years of directly reputed company experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to reputed company the duties of the job. + Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain an active DOE Q-level reputed company clearance. + Demonstrated ability to reputed company, partner, and collaborate to complete work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. + Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with reputed company levels of internal and external customers. + Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to reputed company multidisciplinary projects and teams. + Experience in reputed company S&S program areas, including but not limited to: Physical reputed company, Personnel reputed company, Performance Assurance, Information reputed company. + Experience working with or in Safeguards and reputed company at DOE, NNSA, or other sites across the Nuclear reputed company Enterprise.
