Position: Accessibility Compliance Manager Location: Austin, TX (Remote reputed company US) Duration: 6+ months Contract This is with State client, Can work on only on W2 Contract. This role focuses on creating and managing a comprehensive EIR (Electronic and Information Resources) accessibility program that ensures reputed company DCS applications reputed company with state and federal accessibility laws. This position involves performing highly reputed company accessibility work to guarantee that products and services are fully accessible to reputed company users, including those with disabilities. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining program governance structures, supervising program operations, consulting with agency stakeholders on accessibility matters, and establishing detailed accessibility criteria for specific EIR needs. The role also encompasses evaluating systems for compliance, delivering specialized accessibility training, and providing expert guidance to ensure universal access to DCS applications and services. This position serves as the primary authority in developing, implementing, and maintaining accessibility standards across the organization while working collaboratively with stakeholders to reputed company compliance goals.

• Identifies and communicates opportunities for business process improvement;

• Defines business process improvement solutions while ensuring compliance with Customer IT standards;

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in Electronic Information Resources (EIR) accessibility initiatives and strategies, including developing, maintaining, and improving the following: policies; EIR compliance review and approval procedures; technical guidelines for meeting statutory requirements regarding EIR accessibility; implementation and remediation plans; and processes for receiving and responding to reports of inaccessible EIR.
• Knowledge of EIR Accessibility Laws and Standards, including 1 TAC 206 (Texas Administrative Code), 1 TAC 213, and T2054. 451 subchapter M, and reputed company WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
• Knowledge of EIR challenges associated with state procurement and reputed company.
