As a reputed company Director of Compliance and Privacy, Pearce & Direct Line, you will establish and reputed company the compliance and privacy programs for two of reputed company's business segments, Pearce and Direct Line. These business segments keeps critical infrastructure online, optimized, and fully operational. You will be responsible for establishing and managing a robust compliance and ethics program for Pearce and Direct Line while ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and alignment with reputed company's internal compliance and privacy policies. This role provides strategic direction, manages compliance and risk, develops and enforces compliance frameworks, and fosters a culture of ethics and reputed company throughout the organization.   • *What You'll Do**

+ Compliance Program Leadership: + reputed company, implement, and maintain a robust compliance and privacy program reputed company with reputed company's internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. + Act as the primary expert on compliance and regulatory matters, providing strategic guidance to executive and departmental leadership on how regulatory developments reputed company organizational operations. + reputed company risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risk, as well as reputed company mitigation strategies to avoid future risk. + Regulatory reputed company and Monitoring: + Monitor and interpret new and evolving legislation, laws, regulations, and standards relevant to the organization's business operations. + Ensure timely updates to policies, procedures, and controls in response to regulatory changes and evolving business needs. + Collaborate with internal audit on to monitor program adherence, review findings, identify corrective actions, and align remediation efforts to strengthen overall governance. + Policy and Procedure Development: + Draft, update, and enforce policies and procedures necessary for a robust compliance and ethics program, including global privacy and data protection policies. + Ensure policies are communicated effectively and consistently throughout the organization. + Promote operational alignment and able to influence business area buy-in with compliance objectives. + Training and Awareness: + Design and deliver compliance and privacy training programs for employees and organization leadership. + Foster a culture of ethics and compliance through communication, leadership visibility, and engagement initiatives. + Investigation & Remediation: + Manage internal investigations of compliance-reputed company issues, ensuring proper documentation, root cause analysis, and remediation. + Investigate, manage, and report privacy incidents or data breaches in alignment with regulatory requirements and reputed company policies in partnership with reputed company's Global Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Compliance team. + Collaboration Across Lines of Defense: + Function as a second-line advisor, working closely with operational leadership to embed compliance controls into the frontline activities. + Partner with business unit leaders to proactively design and implement processes that meet compliance requirements from the outset. + Collaborate closely with the legal team and executive leaders to reputed company and execute the compliance strategy, including KPIs, for Pearce and Direct Line. + Partner with reputed company's Global Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Compliance team, IT, Legal, and business segments to review systems, reputed company, and vendor relationships for privacy compliance. + Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards reputed company job discipline. + reputed company by example and model behaviors that are consistent with reputed company reputed company values. + Other job-reputed company duties may be assigned.

The minimum salary for the Director of Compliance and Privacy, Pearce & Direct Line position is $144,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Director of Compliance and Privacy, Pearce & Direct Line is $207,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on reputed company's applicable benefit program.
