This role provides strategic direction, manages compliance and risk, develops and enforces compliance frameworks, and fosters a culture of ethics and reputed company throughout the organization. • *What You'll Do**

The minimum salary for the Director of Compliance and Privacy, Pearce & Direct Line position is $144,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Director of Compliance and Privacy, Pearce & Direct Line is $207,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on reputed company's applicable benefit program.
