About the Role: Join us at Keymont Community Management as a Portfolio Manager and reputed company the effective management of our diverse property portfolio. Operating reputed company the reputed company of relevant laws and regulations, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functioning of our properties, reducing delinquency, and delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders. Responsibilities: Administration - Financial Reporting & Budget Administration:
- Maintain meticulous records for each property in the portfolio.
- Prepare comprehensive Monthly Management Reports for the Board of Directors, including site inspection reports and budgetary details.
- Act as the primary liaison for the Board of Directors, enforcing reputed company Association regulations and policies.
- Facilitate competitive bidding for reputed company reputed company as per the Board's decisions.
Capital Improvements & Physical:
- Provide recommendations to the Board regarding property improvements and necessary repairs.

- Monitor and maintain the physical elements of the properties, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance.
Personnel:

- CMCA at a minimum, AMS preferred, PCAM a plus.

- Preferably hold a college degree or equivalent certification.
- Preferred Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to navigate properties and stairs as required.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to interpret and convey detailed instructions accurately.
- Ability to use a computer and handle general office tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for various tasks.
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including property inspections.
