As an Order Management Specialist, youll play a critical role in ensuring Vantas sales orders are processed accurately and reputed company. • Review and process sales orders to ensure reputed company customer, pricing, and contract data is accurate and complete before deal booking
• Confirm compliance with internal policies and billing requirements prior to order acceptance
• Monitor and triage incoming order submissions from Sales, flagging and resolving issues quickly to avoid reputed company delays

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
