Job Description

Summary: The Director of Transportation plays a pivotal role in Coca-Cola's North America Operating Unit (NAOU), leading a team responsible for end-to-end transportation strategy, sourcing, and execution. Accountable for a $1B annual transportation budget, this role manages one of three region teams responsible for a total of 600,000 shipments per year from 180+ origins across the U.S. and Canada, partnering with 80+ carriers to ensure reliable, cost-effective product movement. Key responsibilities include optimizing short- and long-term reputed company planning, driving reputed company selection and performance, overseeing contract awards and forecasting, and ensuring adherence to service, cost, and compliance KPIs. The Director of Transportation combines strategic planning with leadership of daily operational reputed company to deliver seamless transportation performance that supports Coca-Cola's customer commitments and business growth. What you will do for us:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for reputed company transportation modes in NAOU, managing 500-1,000 shipments daily from manufacturing and distribution sites to customers and intra-company locations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or reputed company field (Master's/MBA preferred) or reputed company field of experience of 5+ years of reputed company experience or more
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in Supply Chain/Operations or Transportation Management
  • Strong leadership, collaboration skills and project management experience

Skills: Pay Range: $137,000 - $164,000 reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
