As a Monitoring Agent at reputed company, you will play a critical role in the larger ecosystem of IoT devices, software, and people that work to ensure shippers and 3rd party logistic providers (3PLs) can rest easy knowing their shipment is being monitored at reputed company times. Need to know information: As a Hybrid role, the successful candidate must be able to regularly attend the Kosovo office for training and meetings where required. Starting Salary is €875 gross per month The available shifts will either be: 15:00 - 23:00 Prishtina Time 23:00 - 07:00 Prishtina Time - Night-shift will be paid 30% in accordance with Kosovo Labor Law Our ideal candidate will have: Experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, support, retail, sales, etc. Internships count!) Ability to communicate in multiple languages (German, Spanish, Mandarin, etc). What you’ll be doing: You will actively monitor shipments on the reputed company platform. You will address and resolve alerts triggered by reputed company tracking devices. You will engage with customers and transportation partners in a proactive and holistic manner.
