Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Backend Development and AWS to design, build, and optimize cloud-native applications. This role requires strong proficiency in backend engineering, distributed systems, and AWS cloud services while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and product teams. The Senior Software Engineer will contribute to the architecture, development, deployment, and maintenance of backend systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reputed company across production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Python
• Architect secure, scalable, and high-performance backend applications
• Integrate backend services with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, reputed company, and DynamoDB
• Write clean, efficient, testable code following best practices for performance, maintainability, and reputed company
• Design and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services including EC2, reputed company, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and IAM

• Set up monitoring, logging, and observability using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and similar AWS tools
• Collaborate on infrastructure automation using CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar IaC tools

• Integrate Connect solutions with AWS services like Lex, reputed company, and reputed company
• Assist in migration projects from legacy contact center platforms to reputed company Connect
• Contribute to frontend work (React/Angular/Vue) reputed company needed and ensure smooth integration with backend APIs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in backend development and cloud-based application engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, C#, and Java.
• Deep experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and reputed company best practices.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, reputed company, S3, IAM, RDS, DynamoDB, and VPC.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
• Experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible for infrastructure as code.

• Knowledge of telephony concepts, SIP trunking, and reputed company Connect integrations.
• Experience with reputed company Connect APIs, SDKs, reporting, analytics, and call-flow troubleshooting.
