Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company. As a key member of our onboarding team, you'll be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and communicating with delivery professionals reputed company text, chat, and email. You'll also be responsible for ordering pre-employment background checks using our company software. Responsibilities
As an reputed company Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
- Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
- Communicating with delivery professionals reputed company text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
- Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding status
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless onboarding experience for drivers
Experience
While we don't require specific experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or data entry, HR, or customer service, we do look for candidates with:
- Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in a business environment (preferred, but not required)
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on your skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:
