Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Payroll Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a full-time, contract, or temporary basis. As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting with the preparation, distribution, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with established payroll policies and procedures. You'll work closely with our payroll team to review time sheets, process wage computations, and maintain accurate payroll records.

Responsibilities

As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Review time sheets, process wage computations, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with established payroll policies and procedures
• Verify hours worked and pay adjustments
• Compute wages and deductions
• Maintain and update payroll records
• Produce, review, and upload quarterly reports for State and Government agencies
• Pay weekly taxes
• Positive pay/Direct Deposit/Pay Cards
• W2 processing

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll data entry or a reputed company field
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-starter environment
