Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company, providing exceptional service to clients seeking assistance with FSA Loan Servicing. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails, as well as making outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients seeking assistance with FSA Loan Servicing

• reputed company outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Utilize computerized systems, knowledgebase, and standard technology to respond to inquiries and reputed company job duties
• Process requests received reputed company general correspondence and notate accounts regarding actions taken in response to those requests
• Support Contact Center expectations as well as departmental and corporate policies and procedures
• Maintain regular use of the feedback tool to give and receive constructive feedback on call quality and department tasks
• Assist with Credit Bureau Requests utilizing established processes and procedures
• Refer escalated calls or inquiries to appropriate levels as needed

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will reputed company you with the knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company in this role. Our training program includes:

• 4 weeks of remote training, Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm ET

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience

• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently
• Basic math and PC skills, including MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Regular and predictable attendance is required
• Available to support reputed company FSA programs reputed company reassignment between programs (moving from one program to another), as needed

Additional Requirements

* Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen

• Must be able to pass a criminal background reputed company
• May be required to work scheduled holidays, overtime, and weekends

• Cannot be in default on any federal student loans

• Obtaining and Maintaining a PIV-I card is a requirement of this position. PIV-I cards must be picked up in person. New and existing employees may need to travel reputed company car, train, or plane to a designated location to pick up their new or replacement PIV-I card.
