Job Summary

As a Customs Brokerage Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that reputed company shipments are cleared for transport and reputed company legal obligations and documentation requirements are met. This will involve data entry, computer work, and professional communication reputed company email and phone. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve any issues that may arise, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Release, classify, and reputed company basic import shipments

• Prepare bonds for U.S. Customs for inspection and release of imports
• Assure accurate and timely billings and resolve accounting issues
• Stay up-to-date on Customs and procedure changes
• May be assigned additional tasks as needed

Requirements

* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience: 2+ years of Brokerage/office experience required.
• Accurate Data Entry Skills: Accurate and efficient data entry skills are essential for this role.
• Excellent Communications Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Previous Experience with reputed company and reputed company: Previous experience with reputed company and reputed company, Windows, Email, and various PC-based software programs is a plus.
