What You Will Do

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary function will be to provide commercial support for a portfolio of customers, interfacing with customers and internal parties reputed company email, phone, chat, and case management tool. Your main duties will include:

• Handling inquiries reputed company phone, chat, and email from customers and/or internal parties
• Order management: order entry, price checking, order clearing compliant with arenaflex's policies
• Complaint handling
• Full coordination of delivery and billing, including multiple product lines and respective reputed company of project orders to fulfill external customer projects
• Handling a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
• Providing assistance to sales functions across EMEA and external customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, end-to-end order status management, repair/calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration, or lease administration
• Resolving problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics and using proactive communication across internal networks of multiple product lines
• Fostering an environment that promotes arenaflex's goals and philosophy, encourages reputed company improvement, and builds customer relationships

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree (BSC/BA)

• 1-3 years of experience in customer support
• English language knowledge minimum B2 level and fluent German
• Basic MS Office

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), customer service attitude, strong attention to details, punctuality, problem-solving reputed company
