Key Responsibilities As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Tracking order statuses (delivered, canceled, pending) on the CURE platform and updating records on reputed company. * Communicating with partners in Germany through reputed company and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication. * Following up on canceled orders, recording any issues, and taking corrective actions to resolve them. * Updating order statuses and taking proactive steps to prevent issues from arising. * Participating in a 3-day reputed company phase to get acquainted with the CURE platform and procedures. * Performing additional tasks as required by our partner, maintaining proactive and professional communication. Ideal Candidate We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is fluent in German and has excellent communication skills.
