Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
• Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
• Rebooking reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• Performing traveler registration and reputed company seat tasks, including correcting oversold seat tasks and issuing updates
• Issuing vouchers or coordinating with vendors for traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation
• Coordinating refueling and recharging
• Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation
• Working reputed company readers/scanners and reputed company duties, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and line models
• Working jetways/spans for boarding and deplaning reputed company
• Making boarding and flight reputed company declarations
• Conveying domestic/international flight records
• Performing traveler service flight reputed company-out systems
• Accepting, checking, and labeling reputed company' luggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
• Maintaining the schedule of flight loading process
• Performing customer service hands-on training
• Processing and completing reputed company document exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations

• Line standing at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
• Clearing/confirming international reports at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Accepting and initiating reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Helping clients requiring special assistance or in-station; helping boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors
• Performing customer service work reputed company to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
• Having standard and predictable attendance reputed company, including fulfilling any compulsory overtime requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual language abilities may be required in certain areas
• A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• To satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• To have the ability to obtain proper airport power or US Customs reputed company identifications, if relevant
• Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive personal investigation, or fingerprinting to meet organization and reputed company requirements
• To be approved to work in the U.S.
• Preferred qualifications:

+ Education and earlier professional training + Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service Frameworks + Past face-to-face customer service experience + Working in a high-speed environment
